Why is my package undeliverable?Ugh, that's a bummer. Sorry about that. We definitely want you to get your amazing items and we shipped to the address provided at checkout. So what happened?What went wrong?
- If you are not listed as a resident, the package most likely will be returned to Provipbuy.
- If the address belongs to a business, friend, or relative, you must include "In care of (c/o the resident/business.)"
- Incorrect or missing items.
- "In Care of (C/O the resident of the shipping address)."
- Apartment number /unit number/suite number.
- Business or company.
- You can replace your order with the correct information at any time since we will refund you for the merchandise when the package is returned to Provipbuy as undeliverable.
- Undeliverable packages are usually returned to Provipbuy within 1 month of shipment domestically and within 180 days of shipment internationally.
- Provipbuy shipping labels are generated by a computerized shipping tool. It creates the label based on the zip code/postal code. If your zip or postal code is not correct, the shipping label may be created incorrectly.
- Provipbuy will email you when your undeliverable package has been processed and refunded.
- Your tracking # will allow you to track and monitor its movement.
- We do not refund the original shipping cost.

How do I track my order?It's super easy! When your order is shipped you will receive a tracking confirmation email that will supply a link to track your order.
Please keep in mind the tracking will need at least 1 business day to be updated by the US Postal Service once your order is packaged for shipment.

Please inspect your package once you receive it. In the rare case there is a damaged item, a missing item, or an incorrect item in your package we require that you contact us within 48 hours after receiving your package. If no attempt to contact us via telephone or email is made regarding the damaged/missing items within 48 hours, all items are deemed correct & received.

Why is my item non-returnable?
Certain items are deemed final sale and non-returnable for a variety of reasons:
- It's beyond our 30-day return policy.
- The item was listed as a final sale at the time of purchase.
- It poses a hygiene risk. Items that pose a hygiene risk include panties, hosiery, bodystockings, and wigs.
- The item was purchased from our Last Chance Sale section. Last Chance items are closeout items that are deeply discounted and will not be back in stock. This is just like the final sale rack at a brick & mortar store.
- The item is not in its original, unworn condition. Items that are laundered, have tags removed, smell of cigarette smoke, body odor or perfume, have lotion or body glitter on them, have human and/or animal hair on them, that are soiled or stained, or not in original packaging.

Terms & Conditions of Discounts & Promo Codes
- Promo code can only be applied for online purchases and must be used at the time of purchase.
- Only a valid promo code will be applied. Each promo code has its own terms and conditions which will be stated on the promo offer. Special promos may be a limited offer and only available for specific products or for a list price threshold. There are active dates and expiration dates.
- New offers and promo codes are cannot be applied retroactively.
- Unique promo codes that are only meant for you and are for one-time use.
- Limit one promo code per order.
- Promo codes do not apply to Price Reduced and Clearance items that have a posted price reduction, nor on J Valentine brand products.

Why was my order canceled?There are a variety of reasons an order was canceled. The fastest way to figure it out is to contact Customer Care with your order number immediately.
Why was an item removed from my order?Unfortunately, due to an inventory error, the product you purchased was not available. Because of this we have removed and refunded you for the product. An email is then sent apologizing for the error to the email address listed on the order. We notify the customer of an out of stock item usually within 24 to 48 hours of purchase.
- If part of a set is out of stock we will remove the entire set.
- If your order is a single item we will cancel the entire order.
